Tasting Notes:
Mash Bill: 70% corn, 26% rye, 4% malted barleyAroma: Leads with a scent of strong vanilla and sweet hay. Accented by a whiff of sandalwood and mace.Taste: With a smooth entry, the bourbon is nicely balanced with a hint of pecan pie sweetness. It fulfills the promise of it's nose before evolving into a warm, rich, spicy sensation.Finish: coats the palate with a complex, yet balanced and long-lasting chestnut finish.

100% RyeAroma: Fragrant and plump grains of rye and pure glacial water from the northern Rockies Taste: Oftentimes, rye whiskeys hit you over the head with charred wood spice and vanilla. This doesn't rush in like an anxious teenager getting lucky, but more like a seasoned gentleman taking his time.
Finish:
There is a slight herbaceous note on the palate, but the whiskey is more about rye spices and leather with a pleasant amount of vanilla and toffee.
